Ruffi Dog

I made a puppy dog sandwich in an attempt to replicate a favorite stuffed animal at our house, Ruffi.

Feels like Summer

It really felt like summer this weekend, and today.  The boys are asking when the outdoor pools open.  9 weeks wasn't the answer they were hoping for!  So, a beachy lunch instead.  The sandwich is leftover chicken from last night shredded and mixed with Taziki sauce for a greek feel.  The little container is ranch to dip the broccolis in, then stawberries and vanilla yogurt.
